BE GRATEFUL FOR THE LITTLE THINGS

You don't have to wait for a great occasion to take place in order to give thanks to life. The simple fact of being alive is a big enough reason to be grateful, and although it sounds very cliché, it really is. Sometimes we get so busy with the day-to-day tasks that we forget to appreciate the fact that we are alive.
No matter what situation you are going through, being alive gives you endless possibilities and gives you the opportunity to experience life through your senses. Being alive allows you to listen to the songs you like, hug your favorite person, give advice to a good friend, enjoy your favorite food, feel the warmth of the sun or the cold of the rain touching your skin, read about what you like and many other things that you experience through your senses and sometimes take for granted.
Start noticing those small things that give you pleasure and be grateful for them. Teach your brain to give a lot of attention to what you like or do well no matter how small it may be, because that way the message you will send to your subconscious is that you enjoy life and good things happen to you. Your brain will seek to confirm that message outside and confirm that reality for you. The more you are grateful and the more attention you give to the positive things of the day, the more of that you will have. Something as simple as a co-worker bringing you coffee, a person during the day being kind to you, listening to your favorite song, your grandmother giving you a hug, hearing the voice of someone you love.
It doesn't matter how big or small the act you are grateful for is, the important thing is that you connect with gratitude from everyday life. May you be grateful for life on an ordinary day, may the occasion always be your gratitude and the fact that you are alive.
When you manage to discipline your mind to be grateful for the little things as a habit, you will see the big changes that begin to occur in your life.
A positive thought will connect you to a positive life.
If complaining and negative thinking have not managed to change your life in a positive way, Why do you continue to use it? You are using a resource that has left you zero benefit. So wouldn't it be better if you tried something new?
No matter the level of effort that represents for you, do the exercise of being grateful for something small every day. But don't do the exercise of saying it for the sake of saying it or writing for the sake of writing, that won't help. What transforms your reality is your attention; so perform the exercise with full concentration on what you are grateful for. Take a moment to really appreciate it, observe it as if you were a spectator of your life, as if you were watching a movie and you were observing that realization.
Once you achieve everything you want your level of gratitude will remain the same as the one that you have right now. Start by cultivating your gratitude with what you already have, savor everyday life with all your senses and be grateful for it, that will bring many more positive experiences to your reality.
Don't wait for something good to happen to be grateful.
Be grateful and see how something good happens.
